The Changxiang Star Companion Materials Database provides access to over 180,000 types of companion materials published since 1990. It features both a standalone platform and seamless integration with the Library's OPAC system, enabling users to quickly locate materials associated with specific books.

This database collects multimedia resources that accompany books, such as courseware, language audio files, design assets, and program code. These materials address the limitations of pure text content in both print and e-books, offering a more comprehensive resource experience aligned with smart library development. The database includes resources that have transitioned from physical CDs to online-accessible formats via QR codes or hyperlinks.
