The National Preprint Platform accepts Chinese- and English-language preprints. After real-name registration, authors may submit manuscripts; once the initial screening is passed, a globally recognized DOI is assigned for rapid online release, along with an electronic first-publication certificate to protect priority of disclosure. High-quality submissions, as evaluated by experts, may be recommended to domestic and international journals. The platform supports priority posting of finalized journal articles and first release of conference call-for-papers submissions. It also aggregates 150,000+ preprints from other domestic platforms, enabling shared metadata and interoperable full-text access.
