The National Library of China has acquired the SAGE journal backfiles outright; participating university libraries need only pay a USD 750 host fee to access the archive. The collection provides backfile full text for 365 high-quality journals, from Volume 1, Issue 1 through 1998, totaling 35,000+ volumes, 418,000 articles, and 4.6+ million pages.
