XOPAC (eXtend OPAC) utilizes advanced cloud computing and Web 2.0 technologies to intelligently enhance the library's existing OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) system. It dynamically displays comprehensive book information, including covers, author profiles, summaries, tables of contents, supplementary CD-ROMs, and user-generated reviews, addressing the limitations of traditional OPAC in fully revealing collection details.

This system is fully integrated into our library's catalog search. On the "Detailed Book Information" page, if a book includes a supplementary CD-ROM, a dedicated link will automatically appear. Clicking this link redirects users to the Liantu XOPAC platform, where they can browse or download the CD content directly.
