The Ancient and Modern Medical Cases Cloud Platform is one of the self-developed products of the Intelligent R&D Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Big Health, Institute of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. It integrates 500,000 structured medical cases from ancient to modern times, incorporating big data, cloud computing, and intelligent information processing technologies. The platform provides users with rich analytical algorithms such as association analysis, Bayesian analysis, and systematic clustering, offering convenient data mining and analysis tools for methodology in the inheritance of master physicians and the summarization of clinical experience. It is available via three service modes: website, desktop client, and the Cloud Medical Case mobile app.

How to Use

1. Registration and Login

Connect to the campus Wi‑Fi. Using Google Chrome, visit https://www.yiankb.com to access the platform's homepage. Once the institution name is recognized in the top-right corner, click “Institutional Login” to enter the user center, then proceed with registration and login.

2. Operation Workflow

Users can follow the workflow: Case Collection → Standardization → Case Management (add to analysis pool) → Data Mining → Analysis Report.

3. Product Download

Desktop Client: Go to the Product Zone on the platform homepage and click “Download Institutional Edition” to obtain the client compressed package. After downloading, extract the package to use. (Note: Please register an account on the website first before logging into the client.)
